Integrity seizes violations of real estate ownership and tampering with real estate records in Muthanna and Karbala

{Local: Al Furat News} The Integrity Commission announced today, Thursday, the seizure of violations that accompanied the process of owning state properties, and the seizure of empty real estate records and distorted bonds in Muthanna and Karbala.
In a statement, Al-Furat News received a copy of it, the Commission’s Investigation Department stated that the Muthanna Investigation Office team, which moved to the Directorate of Real Estate Registration in the governorate, seized the files related to the roles belonging to the Muthanna Health Department that was owned in violation of the law, indicating that the number of Real estate amounted to (9), and the total amounts of it amounted to (1,129,129,600) billion dinars.
She added, "On the other hand, and in the process of seizure witnessed by the Karbala governorate, the staff of the Commission's investigation office in the governorate was able to seize the original (38) of empty real estate records (secondary copies of the permanent records), the original (6) distorted records and (4) real estate ownership books. And a statement of ownership in the house of one of the arrested suspects.
The operation also resulted in the seizure of a special book for lifting a seizure signal on a property and another for a copy of the property registration, and a letter directed from the second real estate registration department in the governorate to the Karbala Court of First Instance, as well as a list of missing files in the first division of the second real estate registration department and a sale and purchase contract.
And it indicated that fundamental minutes of seizure of the operations carried out were organized according to judicial notes, and they were presented, along with the seized criminal records, to the judges of the Court of Inquiry in integrity cases in Muthanna and Karbala. to take appropriate legal measures.
