Al-Sadr is "surprised" by Al-Maliki's words and talks about the return of "the bonds of affection"
Shafaq News/ The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, sent, on Friday, an advice to the Secretary-General of the Dawa Party and the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, for the return of "cords of affection" between the two sides.
Al-Sadr said in a message conveyed by his minister, Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, "O dear brothers in the Dawa Party, correct your affair and unite your affair, so that you may obtain from God and the people what our martyr and your martyr attained, by exposing the claimants and those who belong to you and whose hands are stained with corruption and the father of water in Mosul and other provinces."
He added, "Error is not a fault as long as we are not infallible.. Rather, the error is insisting on it and not acknowledging it.. as we are upon it from exposing the concealed and the beneficiaries and punishing the spoilers. Admitting a mistake is a virtue.
And he continued, "At the same time, confession is an erasure of sins and a return to the old image that we used to carry on our side before, so be brave in that as you were brave in fighting the destructive and Aalaqah now. The bonds of affection will return between you and the Sadr family first, and with your people, your neighbors, and the entire world.”
He said, "Yes, I heard today (Al-Maliki)'s statement regarding the current electoral process, and I was surprised by his words, but they are incomplete. He must make up for what was lost and wasted advice from me as a gift to God Almighty, and he cannot compensate for what was lost by clinging to power and domination. not tempted.”
And he added, "By reconsidering what happened and working to hold himself and then those who took refuge in him before God and before his community... and this requires courage and without hesitation before it is too late, for if he finds himself innocent of what is attributed to him, then his innocence to appear publicly is a matter. He is wanted..and restore his beautiful splendor to him and his party, all in order to restore Iraq's prestige..and preserve the egg of Islam in our beloved Iraq..which has become weary of the actions of those affiliated with Islamic parties, whether true or false.
