[size=45]The Kurdish leader, Massoud Barzani, received today, Saturday, at the Salah al-Din resort near Erbil, Hammam Hammoudi, head of the Supreme Islamic Council in Iraq, and his accompanying delegation.[/size]
[size=45]According to a statement by President Barzani's headquarters, the meeting discussed the latest developments and changes in the Iraqi political process, and shed light on the constitutional steps taken after the Iraqi parliamentary elections.[/size]
[size=45]The meeting also stressed the importance of rapprochement, cooperation and continuity of relations between political parties, in order to overcome challenges and move forward with the political process in Iraq.[/size]
