[size=45]The Iraqi Foreign Minister, Fuad Hussein, announced this news during statements at a diplomatic forum in Antalya, Turkey, which were reported by local media. A spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed those statements to Reuters.[/size]
