    Almighty God
    Follow the House of Representatives with deep concern the developments of the security situation, especially the risk of terrorism Daash who swallowed tracts of land of Iraq beloved and here he is trying to get closer to the Kurdistan region of Iraq, a region safe reassuring, trying to shuffle the cards and the burning of the land and expand the circle of struggle overheating and satisfy his instinct vessels deviant Bazhaq civilian lives, and attempts to bring civilian life for the benefit of his arrogance and Thgerh and Dmoath.
    Although the House of Representatives as understand the size of the pressure and the great responsibility on the shoulders of the brothers in the region because of the growing numbers of displaced people it wishes to thank the Kurdistan president, government and people, declaring its full solidarity in this fateful battle interval and that is raging between the concepts of the law of force and the force of law in defense of the democratic gains and preserve on the lives of Iraqis and their land and their future and their religions and beliefs and to address the civil state in which they live within the framework of Iraqi citizenship that preserve their dignity and wealth.
    And stresses of the Speaker and his entourage of parliamentarians and elders and dignitaries that terrorism has proven that it does not differentiate between the components of Iraq, and this requires that we do not disperse in the face and that guests are keen on the region's security and stability.
    The Council welcomes the House of Representatives to international cooperation to eliminate terrorism solemn who cooperate with Iraq in the completion of this task is envisaged that the precision and caution in all military activities to preserve the lives of civilians and infrastructure in the affected provinces.
