    Earth News/ The Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, decided today, Wednesday, to transfer the parliament session to elect the President of the Republic to a regular session.
    A source told Earth News, "The Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, decided to transform the parliament session to elect the president of the republic into a regular one after the quorum failed."
    Today, Wednesday, the Iraqi Council of Representatives was scheduled to hold its session to choose the President of the Republic, after it failed to hold the session last Saturday due to the lack of a quorum.
