    Erbil (Kurdistan 24)- The Kurdistan Region is home to more than 3,000 foreign companies, and it has granted residency rights to more than 195,695 foreign citizens.
    Foreign citizens work in various commercial and industrial sectors in the Kurdistan Region.
    The President of the American Chamber of Commerce, Dore Abu Zaid, told Kurdistan 24, "The leaders of the Kurdistan Region have a vision for the future, and they are continuing with reforms and creating climates for new business, and the security of the Kurdistan Region is very strong, which is a major reason for foreign investors to come to Kurdistan."
    He added, "We are trying to establish a better relationship between the United States and businessmen in the Kurdistan region," adding that "we want to bring more investors to Kurdistan."
    The owner of a restaurant told Kurdistan 24 that the security and safety of the Kurdistan Region is the most important reason for attracting investors and business capital.
