, today, Monday, the Karkh Court of First Instance rejected the lawsuit filed against the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.
The union stated in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that "an official source told the official media channels that the Karkh court had rejected the lawsuit of Lahore's attorney and client, Genki Burhan, since the twelfth of June."
The statement added, "Out of respect for the administrative and legal procedures, we decided not to publish anything about the matter, but to prevent misinformation and illegal noise. Here we are publishing it." Ended 29 / M 99
