Baghdad - Mawazine News
directed the Ministerial Council of Economy, on Monday, to complete the draft of the general budget law.
The Council stated, in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of, that “Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein chaired the third meeting of the Ministerial Council for the Economy, in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning and the Ministers of Finance, Trade, Industry, Agriculture, Labor and Social Affairs and the Secretary-General. The Council of Ministers, the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, the acting head of the National Investment Commission, and the prime minister's advisors for economic and legal affairs.
He added, "The council discussed the economic issues on its agenda. It also discussed the importance of developing a comprehensive economic strategy that includes developing the industrial, agricultural, commercial and investment sectors."
At the end of the meeting, the Speaker of the Council instructed to complete the draft law of the state’s general budget in order to vote on it in the Council of Ministers and then submit it to the Iraqi Council of Representatives for approval of the draft law. Ended 29 / H
