The commission stated, in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of, that "its president, Haider Hanoun, directed the cancellation of the previous circular issued by the previous presidencies of the commission, which stipulates that information received by the commission relating to special grades not be presented before the judiciary except after obtaining the approval of the commission's presidency."
And she added, "Hanoun indicated in his directive to the investigation directorates and offices in Baghdad and the governorates that they can present the news related to senior officials and special grades to the competent judge, which can be transferred to a criminal case that the commission's investigators consider under the supervision of the judiciary without referring to him."
On the eleventh of this month, the President of the Commission discussed with the President of the Anbar Appeal Court ways to raise the levels of cooperation and joint coordination between the national oversight agencies and the judicial system.
