He pointed out that "Iraqi human resources are distinguished by their intelligence, and this was indicated by one of the questionnaires organized by a specialized international center recently, as Iraq ranked first in the Arab world and 26th globally, and from here an idea was formed about the Iraqi capabilities in implementing qualitative projects."
And he indicated that "the implementation of the Dora-Yusufiyah highway with international specifications came from our human capabilities, which are now dealing with the best advanced technology, especially in the private sector."
He stressed that "Iraq has capabilities that make it able to implement the most important projects in Iraq, and this saves effort and time for the national economy looking for the implementation of projects in all sectors without
exception".
