Today, Wednesday, the Director of the Prime Minister's Office, Ihsan Al-Awadi, issued directives to facilitate import and export procedures.
According to a document issued by the Prime Minister's Office, "In line with the government program to simplify procedures, the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, directed the facilitation of import and export procedures."
It is that the import and export procedures are as follows:
1- Launching the import of goods and merchandise for companies registered with the Companies Registration Department in the Iraqi Ministry of Trade with all types of companies and factories registered with the General Directorate of Industrial Development and investment projects of all kinds licensed by the investment commissions, agricultural and animal projects and all other licensed projects Legally registered scientific offices, individuals and offices registered with the Iraqi Chambers of Commerce (included in the condition of import license and not included).
2- Launching the process of exporting manufactured, semi-manufactured, agricultural and raw materials and goods in the name of companies registered with the Companies Registration Department in the Ministry of Commerce, factories registered with the General Directorate of Industrial Development, projects licensed by investment commissions, agricultural and animal projects, all other duly licensed projects, individuals and offices registered with the Iraqi Chambers of Commerce.
