Representative Mustafa Sanad announced, on Wednesday, the issuance of a judicial decision to cancel the funds granted by the government to the Kurdistan region.
Sanad said, in a videotape seen by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "the Federal Supreme Court issued a decision to cancel all decisions of the Council of Ministers in transferring money to the Kurdistan region and consider it a violation of the law and the articles of the constitution."
He explained that "the decision was issued based on the lawsuit that I filed before the Federal Court."
