[size=45]Yesterday, Tuesday, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, issued a ministerial order appointing 2,476 university teachers who hold doctoral degrees, who are covered by Law No. 59 of 2017 appointing holders of higher degrees.[/size]
[size=45]In a statement received by Al-Mada, the Ministry called on “those included in the appointment, whose names are published on the official website, to come to the Ministry’s center to complete the fundamental appointment procedures that require the possession of the four original documents, in addition to colored copies, 4 personal photos, graduation documents, graduation confirmation, or the evaluation decision for granting Certificate No. 2 and commencement within a maximum period of ten days in light of the ministerial order dated 2/7/2023. The Minister of Education, according to the statement, blessed “this important segment to join the ranks of the Iraqi academic institution,” reiterating “the firm legal and professional commitment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in dealing with the file of graduate and first degree holders in accordance with the contexts and legislation in force that allow investing these energies and enabling them to perform their scientific functions.” and educational.”[/size]
