According to the committee’s statement, its chairman, Ali Al-Hamidawi, revealed, during his chairmanship of the hosting session, the basic files that were discussed in the hosting, most notably the discussion of the service package launched by Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani to remove traffic jams, which was entrusted to the engineering cadres in the Ministry of Construction and Housing, which will directly supervise its implementation.

Al-Hamidawi stressed, "The necessity for the Ministry of Construction to complete its work to develop the entrances to Baghdad at the maximum speed, to add the aesthetic character to the capital, as well as to reduce the suffocating congestion at the entrances, while emphasizing that it is completed according to the approved specifications."
For his part, the Minister of Construction and Housing reviewed the plans adopted by her ministry in the service sectors, noting that among the "ministry's priorities is to establish ring and fast roads to remove bottlenecks in Baghdad and facilitate communication between the various provinces," revealing that "the coming weeks will witness Baghdad opening a set of completed works in this regard." In addition to the priority of housing and the ministry's endeavor to solve the housing crisis by working to open cities and distribute residential plots and a set of measures.
