Today, Sunday, the Federal Integrity Commission confirmed the issuance of a recruitment order against the former general manager of the General Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies in Samarra.
Speaking about the recruitment order issued by the judge of the Salah al-Din Investigation Court, which specializes in integrity issues, according to a statement by the commission, the Commission’s Investigation Department said, “The order came based on a complaint submitted by a member of the House of Representatives regarding the existence of violations in a contract amounting to (13,000,000) million dollars.” ".
And she continued, "The accused committed violations in the partnership contract concluded between the General Company for the Manufacturing of Medicines and Medical Supplies in Samarra with a company to rehabilitate the intravenous solutions plant in Nineveh Governorate, contrary to the regulations," noting that "the completion rate of the project amounted to 40%."
The circuit indicated, "The judge of the Salah al-Din Investigation Court, which is specialized in cases of integrity, issued the recruitment order in accordance with the provisions of Article (331) of Q.P.S."
