    The National Investment Commission affirmed its keenness to follow up on the work of (Iraqna Services) in the Bismayah residential complex, pointing out that plans are in place to ensure the success of the housing project, in cooperation with the citizens of the complex.
    And the Investment Commission recorded in a statement it received (Baghdad Today): “Some indicators that require objective treatments to move towards a typical (Bismaya) housing project in Baghdad,” noting that “the National Commission formed a special committee to evaluate the work of (Iraqna) company inside the complex and study the reality of the statement in providing Its services to citizens, carrying out random visits and writing reports on the situation, and submitting them to the head of the authority.
    And she called on "the respected residents of the Basmaya complex to be careful in obtaining information and news from official and authorized sources and not to deal with misleading information or inciting non-compliance with the instructions and laws related to the nature of the housing project and what is related to the file of services and the continuity of their provision to advance the reality of the complex for the better."
    The Investment Authority drew the attention of the people of the Bismayah complex to the necessity of adhering to the procedures for activating the electronic page designated to facilitate and smooth entry of the residents and to enhance security measures for the complex, especially after marking some cases of illegal entry.
     And she confirmed, "It is recorded as a clear delay in the process of paying the financial dues resulting from the services provided in the city by some residents, which will affect the nature and ability of those companies to abide by the rest of the terms of the contract concluded with them, especially since what was paid of the dues of (Iraqna Services) does not exceed ( 20% of its total dues.
    She said, "It is betting on the high patriotic feeling of the residents of the complex regarding the importance of developing and developing their residential complex (Bismaya), and the necessity of commitment to paying companies' wages, as not paying attention to the nature of the obligations incurred by those who are entitled to them may expose the interest of the project to a decline, especially with regard to services at the level of water." drinking and electricity.
