Today, Wednesday, the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani, announced his registration in the electronic form for social security, which was launched by the Ministry of Health, as a step to motivate citizens to register.
And the office of the Prime Minister stated, in a statement received by (Baghdad Today), that “Al-Sudani followed the registration mechanisms on the health insurance form launched by the Ministry of Health,” noting that “the prime minister registered in the electronic form, and the health insurance identity was organized for him and a number of ministers.” In a move to motivate all citizens to register in the electronic health insurance form.
Al-Sudani pointed out, according to the statement, "the importance of the health insurance law and the government's keenness to implement it at the beginning of this year, and it is part of the government's reforms in the health sector."
The Prime Minister called on all citizens to "speed up registration on the electronic form launched by the Ministry, for the implementation of the Health Insurance Law, which aims to support citizens in obtaining services and health care in government medical institutions, with their public and private wings, at prices subsidized by the state."
