    The Kurdistan Democratic Party confirmed, today, Monday, that most of the observations submitted about the budget related to governorate allocations, while indicating that Iraq's imports are able to cover the deficit, and announced its support for passing the budget. 
    The party's representative, Sharif Suleiman, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "many observations and proposals were submitted regarding the budget, and they will be carefully studied after the Eid holiday," noting that "most of the observations call for an Increase in conservative allocations and an increase in the value of the amounts allocated for the regional development budget.
    He added, "Iraq's imports are able to cover the current budget deficit," noting that "
    He continued, "The share of the region and the entitlements of the Peshmerga and the region's employees have been emphasized," explaining that "the Democratic Party supports passing the budget as quickly as possible."
    And he stressed the need to "leave the stage of disagreements that did not work or benefit," pointing out that "the observations and reservations regarding the budget did not reach the level of disagreements."
