Kurdistan Region inaugurates a new border crossing with Iran

Shafaq News/ The Minister of Finance and Economy of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Awat Sheikh Janab, inaugurated, on Sunday morning, a new land border crossing between the region and Iran.
On the sidelines of his visit to the Pervezkhan international border crossing between Kurdistan, Sheikh Janab said in a press conference he held that the Telco crossing was officially opened today.
He explained that the opening of this crossing will have a positive impact on providing job opportunities and increasing commercial traffic in the administration of the independent "Karmyan" region in the Kurdistan Region.
The new border crossing is located in the borders of the "Maidan" district, adjacent to the Iranian border, specifically with the province of "Kermanshah".
