Baghdad investment announces it gained assurances for the investment Amendment Act

Baghdad investment Chief Shaker Al-zamli, Tuesday, that the assurances the investment Amendment Act equivalent stage in Iraq, indicating that body got promises of withdrawing companies to return to the country.
Iraq said in an interview that "the investment code and modify the second pregnancy in some paragraphs do not meet an ambitious investor, either domestic or foreign to so modify it", stating that "Baghdad investment found a number of bodies in the provinces should be amended as regards the exemption subjects alkmarki and bank guarantees and the nature of the allocation of land."
Unfolding a law now in preparation and study by a Committee formed by the investment and of the national investment Commission and a few will be sent to the House to read it and vote on it, "pointing out that" the law in its new version will support the investment process not only in the capital but across the provinces of Iraq. "
The House passed in October of 2006, Iraqi investment law, which was said at the time that it would open the door wide to foreign investment, but many foreign companies remain reluctant because of fear of the uncertain security in Iraq.
