     The Central Bank of Iraq's total sales of hard currency in US dollars during the past week amounted to more than $777 million.
    According to the currency sale window tables on the Central Bank’s website, it sold $777,174,466 during the last week and for the four days during which the auction was opened, at a daily rate of $194,293,616, down from last week by 4% from what it recorded last week, which amounted to $202,096,816.
    The highest dollar sales were last Monday, when sales amounted to $198,598,869, while the lowest sales were on Tuesday, when sales amounted to $190,321,845.
    Foreign remittance sales during the past week amounted to 714,074 dollars, an increase of 91% compared to cash sales, which amounted to 63,100,000 dollars.
    The sales were in the form of cash and transfers abroad to finance foreign trade, while the selling price of documentary credits and international settlements for electronic cards reached 1,305 dinars per dollar, while the selling price of transfers abroad and the cash selling price reached 1,310 dinars per dollar.
