The head of the Foundation, Abdul-Ilah Al-Naeli, said that the electronic form launched by his department to apply for Hajj includes its beneficiaries who are victims of the fallen regime and terrorism, as well as the martyrs and wounded of the Popular Mobilization Forces and those covered by Laws No. 2 of 2016 and 20 of 2009, according to the official Al-Sabah newspaper.
He added that the percentage of seats for Hajj is 5% for each category of the percentage of the total number of seats for the Hajj Authority, as the application is for those who have one or more martyr and have not benefited from previous years, explaining that the controls include giving priority to parents, brothers and sisters for the single martyr, while inclusion is for the married martyr and his family. In succession, they are parents, spouses, children, brothers and sisters.
Al-Naili stated that the Foundation cannot request any exception outside the application period, which lasts only 30 days, from the launch of the form, in addition to obligating the Foundation’s directorates to send the names of Hajj beneficiaries for previous years to give priority to families who have more than one martyr and did not benefit during the past years.

Today, Sunday, October 15, 2023, the Martyrs Foundation launched the electronic form for applying for Hajj for next year among its beneficiaries from all categories, for a period of one month.
