Sheikh Muhammad Al-Rashid Al-Dulaimi, one of the sheikhs and notables of Anbar Governorate, said in a statement to the Al-Ma’louma Agency, “The security leaders informed the supporters of the Taqaddam Party, led by the ousted President Muhammad Al-Halbousi, of the consequences of repeating the scenario of shooting and taking to the streets carrying their weapons during a mass demonstration by their supporters two days ago in different areas.” From the cities of Anbar, and according to eyewitnesses from the sheikhs and notables of the province, the message of the security leaders reached Al-Halbousi.”
Al-Dulaimi added, "The security leaders instructed all security forces to arrest anyone who tries to break the law, threaten societal peace, and intimidate citizens by firing gunshots, to pursue them, arrest them, and refer them to the judiciary, regardless of their party or tribal position."
He pointed out that "the security leaders informed the sheikhs and notables of Anbar of the consequences of supporting the tendencies of Al-Halbousi supporters to spread chaos, fear and terror among civilians."
