    [rtl]Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs, Hayyan Abdul Ghani, affirmed today, Sunday, the government’s keenness to improve the situation of national oil companies and address the problems and obstacles facing their work.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The Ministry of Defense stated, in a statement received by Al-Iqtisad News, that “a joint meeting was held in the Ministry of Planning building in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Muhammad Tamim and a number of officials in the Ministries of Oil, Planning and Finance.”[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]According to the statement, the Minister of Oil, Hayan Abdul Ghani, confirmed that “the meeting comes based on the directive of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani to form a joint committee from the relevant ministries to study mechanisms for improving the status of national oil companies, by developing appropriate mechanisms for financial allocations to oil projects, financing and annual budgets.” for oil companies.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He pointed out, "In addition to studying the treatment of problems and obstacles affecting operational and production performance, due to the accumulations and previous debts incurred by the Ministries of Electricity and Finance for the past years, which burdened the oil companies and caused a deficit in their financial revenues, in addition to their direct impact in disrupting and obstructing the implementation of many vital projects." Within the Ministry's plans.[/rtl]
