[rtl]Fadel said, “The Ministry has begun launching the electronic complaints application in Basra Governorate,” noting that “the application allows citizens to submit complaints electronically and they are followed up by specialized committees,” according to the official agency.[/rtl]

[rtl]He added, "The application has the advantage of making it easy for citizens to submit complaints quickly and transparently," noting that "the ministry's directorates can follow up on the progress of the measures taken."[/rtl]

[rtl]He continued, "The application was launched in Basra Governorate, and in the coming days it will be launched in Baghdad and the rest of the governorates."[/rtl]

[rtl]Regarding preparations for next summer, the minister confirmed that “the Ministry has launched a major campaign to maintain the stations in preparation for the next summer season,” stressing that “next season will witness the highest expected production rates as a result of the stability of the processed gas, and therefore processing hours will be higher than last summer.”[/rtl]
