Operating expenses during the aforementioned period amounted to 1,313 trillion Iraqi dinars, and investment expenses amounted to 311 trillion Iraqi dinars, according to statistics that revealed that the Iraqi individual’s share of total revenues is 43 million Iraqi dinars, and the Iraqi individual’s share of total expenditures is 40 million Iraqi dinars.
