[size=45]“Al-Fares” explained that the amendment to the bylaws was in line with the powers granted to the Provincial Council, enabling it to properly exercise its legislative and oversight work.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Faris continued that the bylaws of the Basra Provincial Council included the formation of (21) committees, and how to nominate for its presidency and choose its members will be discussed in the upcoming council sessions after voting on amending the bylaws in full.[/size]
