    [size=45]Amidst a massive presence, which filled the Salah al-Din Hall in the Palestine Hotel in Baghdad, the Iraqi Communist Party held a mass ceremony to celebrate the ninetieth anniversary of its founding.
    The ceremony was attended by official figures, representatives of political forces, representatives, ambassadors, pioneering activists, intellectuals, activists, representatives of trade unions, federations, and social movements, and large crowds of party comrades, supporters, supporters, and youth.
    The ceremony began with the national anthem, after which everyone observed a minute of silence in honor of the martyrs of Iraq and the National Movement. Then the ceremony’s emcees, Manal Jabbar and Mahmoud Sadoun, announced the start of the ceremony’s activities, where the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Iraqi Communist Party, Comrade Raed Fahmi, rose to the podium to deliver a speech by the Party’s Central Committee on the occasion, which called for strengthening Solidarity and cooperation between all democratic, progressive and national forces, to confront hegemony, tyranny, corruption, sectarianism, terrorism and external interference.
    Fahmy stressed that the Iraqi Communist Party will continue its struggle to build a new Iraq that fulfills the hopes and aspirations of the Iraqi people for freedom, dignity and prosperity.
    This was followed by a speech by the Democratic Forces of Change, delivered by Dr. Ali Al-Rafii, in which he pointed out the necessity of the unity of the national and democratic forces in confronting the quota system and corruption.
    Then came the speech of the Palestinian Embassy, ​​delivered by the Deputy Palestinian Ambassador, Mr. Jihad Al-Qudra, who praised the role of the Iraqi Communist Party and its honorable positions in supporting the Palestinian people and their just causes, highlighting the suffering of the Palestinian people in the face of the Zionist killing machine.
    Then came the speech of the Chinese Embassy in Iraq, delivered by the Chargé d'Affaires, Mr.
    After that, the poet Omar Al-Saray presented a speech by the Union of Authors and Writers in Iraq, which inflamed the enthusiasm of those present, and the conclusion was a speech by the families of the martyrs of the October Uprising, which stressed the need to uncover the real perpetrators and hold them accountable, and not to procrastinate the demands of the uprisers, stressing that crimes are not subject to a statute of limitations.
    A group of young men and women carrying the “Eid tray” walked around the crowded hall to the tunes of the song “Maqbaa and I went to walk with it.”
    Amid continuous applause, the great poet Muwaffaq Hamza took the stage and presented his poem “The School with the Violin in the Middle,” after which it was the turn of the great poet Hamza Al-Halafi, where he presented poems about the party and the people.
    In the artistic section, Yanabe’ Band presented a group of songs in which they sang about the party, the people, and the nation.
