     Member of the Parliamentary Services Committee, MP Baqir Al-Saadi, confirmed on Tuesday that Iraq will adopt the fourth generation system in waste treatment.

    He added, “Baghdad has important plans in the direction of treating waste, and it relies primarily on the complete incineration system, i.e. the fourth generation, at a rate of up to several thousand tons per day,” pointing out that “treating this large quantity “It has positive results in supporting the environment.”
    He pointed out that “there are persistent efforts towards transferring international experiences to Iraq through specialized companies,” pointing out that “the start of implementing the project will take place within a short period of 2024.” A
