    According to the draft budget law, the calculation of the revenues derived from the export of crude oil has been based on the average price of $ 60 per barrel, and the rate of export of three million and 300 thousand barrels per day.

      Special meeting of the House of Representatives, which was held last Thursday to discuss the federal budget for the year 2015 law lifted, to Wednesday, January 7, 2015.
    According to a statement to the media department of the House of Representatives, "morning" received a copy of it, the meeting, which was attended by 229 deputies ended, to read the draft general budget, the first reading of the law, to refer the bill to the Finance Committee for the purpose of preparing a detailed report on second reading.

    According to the draft budget law, the calculation of the revenues derived from the export of crude oil on the basis of the average price of $ 60 per barrel, and the rate of export of three million and 300 thousand barrels per day, including 250 thousand barrels per day from the product quantities of crude oil in the Kurdistan region and 300 000 barrels per day quantities of crude oil produced by the province of Kirkuk, and that all revenue actually income once the public treasury of the state to account.
    At the door expenditure project budget allocated 125 trillion and 203 billion and 110 783 000 dinars, for the expenses of the fiscal year 2015, and included one of the paragraphs that depends amount equal to $ 2 for every barrel of crude oil producer in the province, and (2) a dollar for every barrel of crude oil Repeater refineries in the province and (2) a dollar for every 150 cubic meters of natural gas producer in the province.
    At the door of the deficit, amounts to a total planned deficit of the general budget of the Federal 25 trillion and 401 billion, 235 million and 783 thousand dinars, while copy the budget bill shows that this deficit covered from internal and external borrowing and amounts retained cash in the Federal Ministry of Finance calculate the percentage of the expected savings from increase the sale of the source of crude oil prices or increase crude oil exports. And include a copy of the financial budget for 2015, the allocation of an amount of (295 834 875) dinars to the House of Representatives, and the President of the Republic (85,812,009) dinars, and the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers (99,724,668) dinars, and the prime minister (1,460,617,643) dinars, and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy (2,352,573) KD , and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs (8035684) dinars, and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Services Affairs (8298481) dinars.
    It also allocated within the budget, the Council of National Security (293464764) dinars, and the Iraqi Commission of radioactive sources (2245355) dinars, and the National Intelligence Service with the Office of the Inspector General (27253425) dinars, and external (4349135) dinars, and Defense (15296692901) dinars.

      {Baghdad: Euphrates News} budget in 2015 amounted to about 125 trillion dinars and 25.4 trillion in deficit.
     According to the draft budget obtained by the Euphrates News} {copy of it, that "the budget amounted to 125.2 trillion dinars deficit 25.4 trillion dinars, and the amount of revenue amounted to 99.8 trillion of which 84.2 trillion of oil and 15.5 trillion in non-oil." 
    Investment budget amounted to 45.2 trillion dinars and current 79.9 trillion dinars.     
    The parliament has held its own budget on Thursday and completed the first reading and to raise its on Wednesday, 07/01/2015 to complete the second reading and ratification. Ended tc

    if I have my understanding correct  from a very good friend ....all the agreements are in the budget so in essence the agreements are being implemented (going into effect) on 1/1

    and no it cannot rv without being ratified
