    شفق نيوز/ دعت المرجعية الدينية في النجف المتمثلة بآية الله علي السيستاني اليوم الجمعة مجلسي الوزراء والنواب الى الاسراع في اعداد موازنة العام المقبل، محذّرةً من اللجوء الى الاقتراض من بلدان الخارج لسد العجز الذي قد يحصل في تلك الموازنة.
