    Supreme Judicial Council face to activate the department monitor the implementation of the arrest warrants and travel bans and reserve funds newly formed at the head of the prosecution.
    The spokesman said the judiciary Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar in a statement received for News Agency (et) copy of "The Order of the Supreme Judicial Council at its special session of the House of Representatives to speed up consideration of projects urgent laws to the interests of the citizen and on the judiciary of the Federal sent them."
    He Bayrakdar "of these projects draft law amending the Code of Civil Procedure, which makes jurisdiction over discrimination of the decisions issued in urgent matters claims personal status courts resume the region, and not to the Federal Court of Cassation in Baghdad, as well as the unification of extended challenge the judgments and decisions in order to prevent wear, and to raise the ceiling suits which challenged by way of appeal to shorten the time and effort. "
    He added that "it was constantly intensifying guidance accomplish criminal cases in the areas of investigation, trial and privatization in terrorism and financial and administrative corruption efforts, especially if the accused of the detainees and to increase the number of judges in these courts to achieve this goal."
    The Spokesman pointed to "activate the role of the Department of monitoring the implementation of the arrest warrants and travel bans and reserve funds formed at the head of the Public Prosecution in coordination with the Ministry of Interior."
    The Supreme Judicial Council held a special meeting on Monday during which he took several decisions concerning the reforms demanded by the religious authority during Friday prayers.
