    Said the coalition of state law intention to re-sued to challenge the law of the mandate of the three presidencies in Federal Court.


    She member Janan Albraism Coalition in a press statement that "a coalition of state law is determined to proceed with the appeal by the law of the mandate of the three presidencies," asserting "the determination of her coalition re-sued to challenge the law."


    "The response of the Federal Court of appeal submitted by a coalition of state law was not caused convinced the court the constitutionality of the law of the mandate of the three presidencies, but response to the fact that the law the allegation was not Nalfda was not published in the facts of Iraq."


    She clover that "a coalition of state law would challenge the law from both sides first that the law is unconstitutional because the Constitution did not provide in any of paragraphs on the mandate of Prime Minister, but left absolutely with select mandate of the President of the Republic, The second aspect is the appeal paragraphs specific of the Constitution, including the calculated law retroactively. "


    It is said that the Federal Court had received the appeal submitted by the head of the state law, Khalid al-Attiyah, the illegality that submitted Alkaan law which was not in force and that the court has jurisdiction over the laws.
