    [ltr]Secretary General of OPEC announced that he wants the United States to join the talks freeze oil production.[/ltr]
    [ltr]OPEC continues talks with major oil producers to reach an agreement to freeze oil production.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Said Abdullah al-Badri Secretary General of OPEC, during his speech conference in Houston, he said that "being the talks with the EU and with Russia and China and all other concerned countries except the United States," adding that he "wants" dialogue "with the United States as well."[/ltr]
