    It revealed the Ministry of Commerce of the existence of many difficulties for the processing of food vocabulary to citizens at once due to lack of access to allocated for the ration card money on a regular basis as well as other difficulties in the arrival of the vocabulary to the stores by the non-conducting engagements early and before the start of the fiscal year.
    A source in the ministry's (Il Giornale) that the lack of allocations on a regular basis and delay long periods makes it very difficult commitment to securing vocabulary collectively and regularly makes distributed unilaterally or bilaterally and sometimes triple unavoidable, a measure landing to secure the vocabulary found.
    The source noted that the Ministry of Commerce suffer from the inability todeliver customized for the ration card payments to Bank of TBI in order toconduct long - term contracts and secure all the vocabulary along months a year and solves many problems citizens by talking continuously that the vocabulary isnot up to him in a lump sum, which makes the ministry compelled to distribute the vocabulary in warehouses and transported from the southern ports urgently because any delay in the process of causing many problems.
    He pointed out that the fundamental solution to the problem of vocabulary processing due to the need to deliver customized for the ration card payments at once to the commercial bank and therefore the contracting is taking place on a regular basis during which can be exploited to reduce prices in the global market during the seasons, which is witnessing a decline in world prices, which prohibits Iraq from getting food at low prices as well as providing strategic stocks to meet the conditions of political and economic consequences in the region and the world.
