Cabinet decides to issue a guarantee bank deposits system

Iraq's Council of Ministers decided in its session twenty-second session on the sixth of June, issuance of Order No. (3) for the year 2016, guarantee bank deposits, which Dqgah the State Council system, based on the provisions of Section III of Article 80 of the Constitution, and (b) (2) of Article (4) of the Central Bank of Iraq Law No. (56) for the year 2004.
The official website of the Council that "the system in the first article of the Central Bank of Iraq refers to the practice of granting guarantees on bank deposits to a joint stock company established in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act No. vacation (21) for the year 1997".
The system provision in Article XVI on the last that this system is implemented from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Finished / x.
