    Twilight News / launched in Baghdad on Sunday energy business exhibition for the Iraqi inventions and organized by the Research and Development Center at the Oil Ministry in the presence of the Undersecretary for Fayyad good grace of liquidation and a member of the Energy Committee in the House of Representatives Ibrahim Bahr al-Ulum and a number of general managers and officials in the ministry and a number of experts and concerned with energy and the economy.
    The agent said, according to a ministry statement reported for Twilight News, "The ministry has attached great importance on the development of the oil industry and Iraq's energy sector and benefit from the expertise and modern technology in order to improve the levels of performance and competitive global energy institutions."
    "The establishment of such exhibitions and conferences designed to invest new technologies and the development of inventions, particularly in the field of energy and convert it to the evolution of the Iraqi industry for oil and gas and improve the qualities of production technologies and thus develop the national economy, as well as develop the level of services provided for the Iraqi people."
    He said ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said, "The ministry is seeking to rehabilitate and develop their own potential through the establishment of such scientific events that reflect their interest in the rehabilitation of the oil and gas industry and providing them with everything that is modern and sophisticated."
    He added that "Iraq and especially the Ministry of Oil has very considerable experience and has what it takes to compete with the developed countries in the field of oil and energy industry, noting that the exhibition saw the participation of a wide range of ministries, universities and research centers."
    Jihad pointed out that "the conference and exhibition aimed to invest national energies and competencies in order to turn these inventions into reality serves the oil industry and associated sectors and contribute to its development and prosperity." 
    The conference witnessed specialization exhibition of inventions and innovations of the participants from the ministry and oil companies as well as ministries, universities and research centers in Iraq.
    It is worth mentioning that the energy exhibition Iraqi Inventions held in Baghdad for the period (18 to 19 December this) in coordination with the forum Iraqis inventors, was at the show display models of inventions made by inventors Iraqis, and a variety of models displayed included the power, oil and gas fields.
