A government bank resumes granting loans for maintenance of buildings and housing units
Shafaq News/ Al-Rasheed State Bank announced today, Tuesday, the readiness of its branches to receive those wishing to obtain a loan to maintain their housing units.
The bank's media office said in a statement received by Shafak News Agency, that "the amount of the loan was set at 30 million for employees of the endemic state departments whose salaries are with the bank, and an amount of 20 million for citizens with a guarantor of a Nakheel card holder."
He explained that "the loan term is 10 years at an interest of 5% annually," noting that "the application is through the bank's branches and there is no mediator between it and the customer."
