The Ministry stated in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News, “The Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance has begun launching financing for the salaries of civil and military retirees for the month of February 2024, and the procedures for raising salaries will be completed by the National Retirement Authority and the Rafidain and Rasheed Banks via their electronic payment cards.”
She pointed out that "retirees (civilian and military) who receive text messages can visit bank branches or ATM outlets in Baghdad and the provinces to receive their salaries."
