    Kuwaiti official for receiving his country revealed an Iranian response to the letter, which was to have cost the Gulf countries of Kuwait transferred to Tehran, including the conditions that Iran must meet before the start of any dialogue with them.

    He pointed out that Iran pursues peaceful policies with its neighbors and from religious principles retains always fraternal relations with the neighboring countries.
