Iranian response "loose" on the message the Gulf States

Kuwaiti official for receiving his country revealed an Iranian response to the letter, which was to have cost the Gulf countries of Kuwait transferred to Tehran, including the conditions that Iran must meet before the start of any dialogue with them.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarallah, said that the letter recently sent by Iranian President Hassan Rowhani to the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad and received by Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid from Iranian Ambassador Reza Enayati "place of great interest and follow-up by the Kuwaiti authorities."

Head of the Iranian Shura Council, Ali Larijani, said he decided to visit after President Hassan Rouhani to Kuwait and Muscat to continue the talks between the foreign ministers of Iran, Kuwait, Oman and ministers.
He pointed out that Iran pursues peaceful policies with its neighbors and from religious principles retains always fraternal relations with the neighboring countries.
