    The cabinet voted Tuesday to exempt private and public companies from delaying fines, and voted to return the amounts recovered from the farmers to the agricultural initiative's lending fund.

    The council statement also said that during the meeting he also voted to "support the federal police force and return the refunds from the farmers to the agricultural initiative lending fund."
