BAGHDAD - The Journal News
asked a member of the Finance Committee MP Magda Tamimi, Thursday, Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi , except the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of the quota system.
She stressed Tamimi in a statement to her office received «Journal News», to "reconsider all those who hold positions of deputy minister to the Director of the Department within these institutions and replacing them with independent personalities specialized carrying high and practical experience certificates for less than ten years in the field of specialization," indicating "the fact the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of the most important institutions that affect the fiscal and monetary policies in the country. "
