Washington upset with Maliki fabricating criminal files against al-Issawi

Informed sources said that a senior Iraqi official transfer of dissatisfaction and Washington to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki of fabricating criminal files against outgoing Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi.
