Federal Court to consider the appeal of 23 articles of the federal budget on Thursday
BAGHDAD - The Federal Supreme Court said on Wednesday that it will hold its session on Thursday to consider the cases on its agenda and the first of the case to consider the appeal against (23) articles of the Federal Budget Law, Council of Ministers in addition to his job. "
"The court will consider the appeal against the constitutionality of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. (120) for the year 1994, and the subject of not releasing the convicted person for the crime of damage to state funds unless the money is recovered from it," the court said in a statement.
