    [rtl]The deputy for the province of Basra Adel Rashash al-Mansouri, on Sunday, the government to facilitate the entry of companies to invest in Iraq and Basra, while carrying the prime minister, especially Abadi responsibility for delaying the entry of investment to the country.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]"We call on the Iraqi government to speed up and facilitate the entry of foreign investment companies to the country and the province of Basra," said Mansouri in a statement obtained by "Trend Press" a copy of it, "stressing its importance in the construction of provinces and development and the establishment of important projects."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Al-Mansouri blamed the Iraqi government, especially Prime Minister Haider Abadi, for delaying the entry of investment companies to Iraq and Basra, indicating that this delay the construction of our dear country.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He pointed out that "most of the provinces now safe and stable and there is no justification for delaying investment in them, noting that the citizens were affected by the delay of services and disruption of investment and must expedite the provision of services to them through investment."[/rtl]
