"
    He added that "Husseini is not free from the responsibility of either religious scientist or intellectual or specialist in the field of various material sciences and humanity, each of us bears the responsibility to maintain this blessed Husseiniya revolution by reforming himself and his family and by raising awareness of the community around him the importance of This movement and the greatness of this great Husseini project. " 
    The Sistani said that "the preachers bear the greatest responsibility in the sense that they embody the media face of the Ashura movement and the project of Mr. martyrs (peace be upon him)." 
    According to the statement, below are some guidelines and advice for each of the top of the platform of the master of martyrs (peace be upon him):

    3 - to investigate the accuracy of the Koranic verses or the transfer of honest novels of books considered or the story of historical stories fixed as the lack of scrutiny in the sources of narratives or stories raises confidence in the prestige of the pulpit Husseini in the minds of listeners. 
    4- The platform should rise from the use of dreams and fictional stories that harm the reputation of the al-Husseini pulpit and show that it is a poor media channel that does not fit into the intellectual and cultural level of the listeners.
    5- The quality of the preparation, that Khatib should pay full attention to the issues he presents in terms of arranging the subject, tabulating it and presenting it with a clear and clear statement and choosing the attractive phrases and methods for the souls of listeners and followers. The great effort of the writer in preparing the subjects and arranging them and presenting them with the attractive statement will contribute to the interaction of the listeners with the platform.     6 - The heritage of the people of the house (peace be upon them) is all great, but the skill of Khatib and his creativity is highlighted by the selection of texts and Hadiths that are attractive to all peoples of different religions and their intellectual and social strides in response to what was said about them (peace be upon them) Their good fortune is their heritage, which speaks of the human values ​​to which all peoples are attracted by their various cultural and religious orientations.
    7 - Putting common social problems together with effective solutions, it is not advisable to be limited Khatib to present the problem as the problem of family disintegration or the problem of the gap between the younger generation and the largest generation or the problem of divorce or other, this raises controversy without the contribution of the platform in the role of active change, It is therefore hoped that the pioneers of Al-Minbar al-Husseini will consult with specialists of social experience and the campaign of culture in psychology and sociology to identify effective solutions to the various social problems, so that the problem will be presented together with a solution that transforms the platform from stalemate to interaction, Leadership in community reform and reform.
    8 - The al-Husseini platform should not deviate from the Shiite differences, whether in the field of thought or the field of rites, to delve into these differences. It is necessary to bias the platform to one category without another, or to provoke social chaos or inflame the division among the believers, while the platform is a banner for the unity of the word and a symbol of the light of Husseini, Lovers of the master of martyrs (peace be upon him) is a single path and effective cooperation. 
    9 - interest in the issues of doctrinal jurisprudence in the field of worship and transactions through the presentation in an interesting and clear sense of the listener feel the coexistence of the Husseini platform of reality and various issues.
