    The Anbar provincial council on Saturday called on the federal government to allocate funds to rebuild damaged bridges on the international highway after the contract with the American company to secure the international road connecting Anbar with three neighboring countries failed.
    A member of the provincial council Naim al-Ka'ud said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "the percentage of reconstruction of infrastructure in the liberated cities of Anbar is weak and negligible in some areas because the federal government did not launch the financial budget for the province, which negatively affected the start of rebuilding the destroyed infrastructure Fully".
    He added that "the reconstruction of bridges and the network of roads and necessary supplies for the international highway is still pending on the grounds of obstacles prevented the signing of the contract between the Ministry of Transport and the US company to rehabilitate the international highway."
    Al-Kaoud said that "a large number of bridges have not been directly reconstruction, which negatively affects the movement of movement from one area to another up to the international highway." Ending 12 /
