    [ltr]Ali said that "the size of debt is currently higher than the size of the State's official revenue, which is entering Iraq under the item bankrupt states."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The budget of 2018 included deductions from salaries of employees, which rose to 4.8%, while the rate of deduction in the budget of 2017 was 3.8% as a budget austerity.[/ltr]
