The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mohammed Shiaa al-Sudani, the Ministry of Construction, Municipalities and Local Governments in Baghdad and the provinces to activate the sorting of industrial plots, including covered by the provisions of the Law on Industrial Services No. 30 of 2000 from craftsmen and industrialists.
The Ministry of Labor spokesman Ammar Menem said in a statement: The minister's call aims to alleviate the demand for inclusiveness social benefits currently suspended due to the absence of additional financial allocations, as well as the revitalization of the private sector and the establishment of individual and collective income-generating projects that will accommodate a large number of hands capable and researcher about job.
He added: The Industrial Services Law has facilities and incentives, allowing the concerned departments and institutions to sort out parts of the land belonging to them and allocate them for industrial use and work to provide the necessary services.
Menem said that the law allows for a rent allowance that does not exceed 3% of the value of the detached land without public bidding and gives the privilege of exemption from income tax for three years, especially graduates from universities and institutes, noting that the owner of the project is the owner of the construction of the industrial facility that he wishes.
Menem said that the law focuses on professions of a productive nature and the professions of repair and maintenance of equipment and related works.
